Mazal – The Israeli Restaurant What a wonderful find! The hummus, falafel, and shawarma were all absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can tell a lot of love and effort went into creating such a lovely space. Mediterranean Street Food indeed! My 1st impression is that I like the look of this restaurant, outdoors and indoor. They made it nice. I was greeted warmly by the hostess who helped me look at the menu. I had the Crispy Schnitzel on Baguette dressed with my choice of vegetables and sauces from the salad bar. Mazal was absolutely fantastic! My dad is Israeli, so my standards for Israeli food are pretty high and we loved it! The flavors are authentic and everything is really fresh. They were able to easily accommodate my gluten allergy and the owner even went out of his way to make me a special gluten-free falafel, which was so thoughtful and completely unexpected! The portions were also quite generous and the toppings plentiful. We will be enjoying leftovers for a few days. I highly recommend! And we will...
