Charlotte Plaza — Local services in Charlotte

It's a large stopping mall, strip mall, basically, with a various of available stores. In the far back former is Top Chinese buffet, a decent little Chinese buffet with process around $12 for adults not the best I've been to, but certainly not the worst. Because it doesn't have a TON of patrons at any given time, the food can sit out for a long time and get stale out dried out, depending on what time you are there. Also because they generally don't cook large amounts of any single item, I've often found the buffet to be out of several things if the restaurant DOES happen to be busy. Not a bad place to eat though. That's really the only pave I've been to in this shopping center.

Update requirements met, the High society dispensary has bought the the plaza from previous owner. They have made lots of improvements and look to continue, thank you High Society owner for finally doing the right thing for this community. My previous review: (Businesses in this shopping mall should either buyout the owner or relocate, owner is a slum lord he does not put any money into this property. Parking lot has potholes that can swallow a car, and if your lucky he might patch the hole. Parking lot has not been repaved that I can remember, and I am fifty years old.) EDIT: It's 2025 and this place is under new management which clearly cares about its property and tenants. So good to see. Freshly painted and decorated. Good as new!

Original: This plaza is an embarrassment to this town. Poorly managed, with perpetual pot holes and traffic cones placed in huge lapses of asphalt. We even heard from the auto shop across the street that one of the cars were in due to damage done from the potholes in this lot. Unacceptable.
