BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Charlotte

The place was freezing cold!! Even the help was dressed in their winter clothes , coats, gloves...it was ridiculous. The staff were all very nice and helpful. This was our 1st time trying flavored coffees, and the young lady who was waiting on us went into detail on all the different titles they offered. We also shared a fresh, yummy muffin. Overall....had it been even close to a temperature that was inviting to folks to stay, as I've done on 1 other occasion, ( I've only been here twice..this time included) I would have given them a better review. Ordered ahead, my boyfriend overheard the barista complaining about online orders as he walked in. He brought out our coffees, and I realized they had forgot the muffin. Had him run back in to grab and the same barista complains she never gets tips. Wonder why? My coffee was supposed to be heavily flavored, but I sSWEAR there’s no possible way there was anything but sweet foam and cold brew in this cup. The muffin? I had such a great experience at another location that I signed up for emails ( which I NEVER do anywhere!!). I stopped at my local biggby to use the email coupon I have just received. Come to find out this biggby does not accept coupons that are not printed (when all the other biggby locations I've been to accept coupons off your phone).
