Read moreI made an appointment for a Saturday 1:30 haircut three days ago, but today I'm not sure if I can make it to the 1:30 appointment for some reason, so I called the business to ask if I can be 10 minutes late or is there a room at 2:00? The person on the phone said in a very impatient tone "No our appointments are full!" ok I can understand your appointments are full so I said I'll ask my husband if he can drive faster for me arrived. But the answer the staff gave me directly was, "Don't ask, just cancel your appointment!"
