DTLR — Local services in Charlotte

I brought some sneakers on DTLR online and did store pickup at this location. I went back the next day to return them because they didn’t fit . And they had no smaller sizes. So I requested a refund I paid with my credit card online. NO Guy at the register said I couldn’t get a refund back to my card. The only thing he could do is give me a gift card which I didn’t want. After that I called 3 times customer service and they all said that he had to give me a full refund to my original payment back on my credit card. They said if I paid with paypal or apple pay the refund would be a gift card. This is the first and last time I will be ever be shopping at these...

I NEVER had to write a bad review but this time is different I bought my husband a pair of huaraches for his birthday, I know my husband shoe size but didn’t realize they run smaller so my husband tried them on and said they are tight so we literally went the next day to swap them out for a half size bigger and the manager said he could not take the shoes back because they look like they been worn !! We explained to him I just purchased them yesterday that he literally just tried them on, he insisted they look worn, the shoes did not look worn what so ever no dirt nothing, the manger was not only calling us liars but was beyond rude ! They are some thieves sold me some shoes with creases in them when I went to return them the next day told me they could not take them back because they could not resell them! And as I look at them closer they look like two separate shoes I think they're passing off fakes, one shoe has a completely different texture than the other .Spent almost $400 in there yesterday and if I wasn't sure that they would tell me the exact same thing about both pairs of shoes for my kids I would bring those back too. I will never purchase anything from this store ever again BEWARE check your shoes and clothing very well before you walk out...
