American Deli — Restaurant in Charlotte

First of all, Amazing staff members, They are currently hiring and always busy and for them to be respectful, Nice etc, It's absolutely lovely, I come here every Friday as a treat for myself and may I say, Their PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS are at the top, Burgers too, They serve many things like Rice, The burgers and the phillys of course, Chicken tenders, Apple Pies, Reubens, Shrimp I believe, The Burger, Philly I have tried and they are so good with sauces, Even when you sprinkle some of the seasoning salt they have, IT'S EXTRAORDINARY, The title "frequent Customer" could speak for itself but got to give you a summary of what this amazing place is like, It's always hot and steamy, Ready to eat but sauce is recommended so you don't burn your mouth, Haha, But really amazing store, Amazing staff, Amazing food all in all I recommend this American Deli! (5 stars) | Edit: |That review up there was 4 months ago, today I tried calling to this location but never got an answer, the phone would immediately transfer me to a beeping sound which I still do not understand, the service was great when I wrote that review and it possibly still I'd but the way the phone service is, it's stayed the same, I never knew what it meant and I still don't. And I never mentioned it because I believe in second chances but it's not it, also what I never mentioned was the pesky wait time after calling, over a whole hour of wait time, even at the store because they start making it once your there. I understand the whole "fresh" thing, but why? Also, my recent calls show that I tried calling this location over 70 times. Now I will be heading to said location to order and have a good waiting time of tapping my foot to some random song in my head and finish the whole payment process. Update: If you have an issue at this restaurant DO NOT TAKE THE FOOD. If you take the food, management will not resolve your issue. Pay with a credit card, if there is an issue with your food or service, file a dispute. Never pay cash here or you'll get the runaround.

Order my food over the phone. Came to the Milton location, paid and watched people come in after me to order and every last one of them received their food before me. It wasn't until I asked where my food was that they started making it. When I asked the cashier how we resolve this and accommodate me for the inconvenience, I was told it was not her fault, it is the cook's fault. No accountability. Asked to speak to a manager and none to be found. My number was taken down and was told I would receive a call. When coming to this location, be sure you, yourself yell out your ticket number to the cooks and confirm three times they have started your order. Top it all off, get home and the fries are stale. I am disappointed. Nothing was good and I feel like I've been intentionally ripped off. The food was awful. I ordered a hamburger & fry combo. The first time the total was $21.00 when I said something about it being a combo he re-rang it. According to the on site menu, the hamburger combo comes with a drink as well as wings for $13.00. I didn't receive a drink (my mistake I'm sure) I should have asked for a cup. When I checked the receipt at home I saw that he added $1.50 for the fries.
