I'm going to write this review only because my experience was really bad. I want to start by saying that I usually order food for the holidays here and have been a customer for some time now.
We came in for an early dinner and was waited on by a really nice waiter. The food is good and fairly priced. Authentic Salvadorian food. My cousin happen to want a pastry from the bakery section that looked like a doughnut. If he had dentures they would have stayed attached to the pasty from the first bite. We demanded them to not sell them and to take them out of being displayed. They possibly could have been 3 days old. We had also ordered 4 large atoles de elotes to go and they had it waiting for us. When I picked them up the cup holder broke and dropped two of them. One of the waiters saw it happen and looked at my with disappointment. They quickly cleaned up the spill and I apologetically said I was sorry but the cup holder was not strong enough for the weight of 4 hot large drinks. After speaking to varies unhelpful workers the owner happened to walk in. Having a long conversation by the way I was being treated and at the end of the day I paid for 4 large drinks and walked out with only two and a bad customer service experience. Not only did they loose a customer over this incident but gained a bad...
Read moreI’ll start off with the food is decent, but it is very sad how these small business don’t care one bit for customer service specially in these times when you would think they would be more appropriative to have people still supporting their business it’s obvious you can’t expect the waitresses to be trained right if the owner always looks unhappy. Secondly I went in to pick up an order was completely ignored standing there waiting for about 10 min while waiting more people came in behind me one of the waitress came up bagged someone ordered and never greeted anyone until she finished bagging an order then finally decided to say who’s next, like Hello! I’m right in front of you and haven’t even helped me and thought it’s smart to ask who is next and then had the audacity to give me my total with an attitude. Third while I was waiting I noticed they are not following the health department instructions on seating they had that first section full and no empty tables in...
Read more01/2021 Update: they're still cooking the food too greasy! Service is ok, kind of slow though. Food is ok but sometimes they cook with too much oil 👎🏼so far, this is the only place i know makes rice pupusas which is awesome but still, too greasy 😕 There is always Christian music playing and you can watch soccer games, latin soap operas, or news in their TV's... so it's a proper family place. They have imported stuff from El Salvador/Honduras. And they also sell medicine. Sundays are always full and the waiting time varies from 40mns and up 😩 (based on times before the...
