When we started looking for a hot tub, all of the statements from forums were centered around “make sure you purchase the hot tub from a reputable service provider because it’s all about the service afterward.” They were right - Everything Billiards & Spas, from the time we purchased the hot tub, through delivery and now, 6 months later has been great. I cannot say enough about this company and the people who work for it - and I mean every single person we have interacted with. From the owner to the service personnel, they have been outstanding and very customer service oriented. The delivery and installation was perfect - the technicians were knowledge and they helped educate us about the chemical balancing, regular maintenance and other insights. Six months later, I have had multiple emails with their team, not for service related issues per se, but for help with questions around water balancing and how to tweak things. I have always received a prompt reply via phone or email, and it has always been above expectations. We have also had them out to service the tub for the minor things that happen within a warranty period. Rob was great in the showroom. He answered all of our questions and was able to show us all the features of the tub we decided on. He spoke very highly of their companies service department and how it separated them from others. Once I signed on and put my deposit down is where I had an issue. There was ZERO communication from the delivery side of things as soon as I sent in my delivery checklist. I mean zero, no emails, no phone calls, no nothing. I called looking for an estimated date for delivery and was told they have no idea but would try and find out. Another three weeks of no communication. Bit, once they did have a date it was quick. And, my delivery team was nothing but spectacular. Got it in place quickly and professionally. Chris went over all the details and told me to fee free to call him with any questions. Now normally people say that but don't mean it. When my electrician was on site to hookup the hot tub, we had questions due to the many different instructions that contradicted each other. I called Chris, he didn't have the answer but gave a number of who did. When that technician didn't answer me, Chris called him to get the answer. My hot tub is now hooked up and heat is on. My wife and I went to the Everything Billiards and Spas location on Westinghouse Blvd in Charlotte NC. It was going to be our first stop on a day of shopping for a hot tub. We had our route planned to save time and to prevent backtracking. I had previously spoke with Tammy on the phone and was already impressed with her, however she wasn't in yet and we were greeted by Judson. Judson was very polite, very knowledgeable and even though we didn't know exactly what we needed in a hot tub, Judson knew exactly how to approach our situation with all the information we needed to decide what was best for us. No pressure, very relaxed atmosphere and it was just a very pleasant experience. We decided we had come to the right place and need not look any further. We picked the Saratoga Canfield luxury series that had many options that other dealers didn't offer in that price range. My new hot tub was delivered today and I was also very impressed with the delivery guys. Very knowledgeable very helpful and put the tub exactly where it needs to be on my deck.
