I am not happy at all-this was my first time getting hair tape in and I trusted Bridgett w her advise, I don't even know why I went to her when she doesn't even have her own salon-the minute I saw it was in her home I should of walked away! but I didn't I thought I take a chance and now I am regretting it till this day!!!! she said she has done hair tape extensions plenty of times before but did a horrible job!!! as far as I thought tape extensions should be done individual as a soft flat weft -instead she made her own tape extensions which was a full track w/this really sticky residue -her technique was not clean at all!! she separated my hair and bonded the whole sticky track to my hair and it was so lumpy..not only that she said she knew how to cut the hair for it can flow w my natural hair..but nope...she didn't.. it was uneven and just not the look I thought I get. I left that night not too happy but had to pay her $300 cash! I had to go back the next day because they were not adjusting to my head and were pulling little hairs in my scalp! I went back and yes she had to take some off them off and adjust them but it just made everything worse!! All I wanted was to please my husband w a new look but even he was like no that doesn't look like what the professional technique being done on you tube..and said it doesn't look healthy for my hair neither...after one day of having her adjust them again...I went out w my husband and all of a sudden I feel something poking on top of my head and oh NO! it was the tracks they began to come off my head track by track!!!!...I took out a series of 5 or more different tracks that when I finally took a good look at them I notice it was not a professional job at all. I stuffed the hair in my purse...and tried to play it off for my husband wont notice....I called her and asked for a refund and she refused. She said she will re-do it for me but for what!!! to get a tacky horrible job done again? finally I went to a professional salon and they told me my scalp was very irritated and red...they told me the tape was wrongly installed into strands of my hair and scalp pulling hair and skin from my scalp...my husband was there and saw the damage it did to my scalp and hair..they took off the remaining pieces and told me to just rest my scalp...now I am out of $300.00 that I could of paid a real professional ..all because I thought Bridgett knew what she was doing. all because I put trust in what she said.... she refuses to give me a refund and I am not going back to damage any more of my hair! this tape in technique is suppose to not damage hair-(you can do research online and see) but yet her cheap way but expense charge teaches me you need to go to a professional salon where you know if it gets jacked up you CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK! ..please ladies save your money, time, and avoid frustration......

Bridgett is an excellent stylist. I typically dread getting my hair done but I've found that I really look forward to having Bridgett style my hair. She always seems to know what I like and what fits my face. I no longer request specific styles. I simply trust whatever she decides to do! I have always been very hesitant about having people touch my hair and scalp (I have psoriasis) but she has this way of making me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend...
