704 Shop — Local services in Charlotte

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the 704 Shop. I’ve been trying to exchange a brand-new item for months, starting in May, and have had no success despite multiple attempts.

The listed phone number either doesn’t work or goes unanswered—I’ve called numerous times with zero response. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that there’s no reliable way to reach someone.

To make matters worse, when I finally had an opportunity to speak with the manager at the airport location, I was flatly told “no” without any attempt to understand or help with my situation—even though the item is unworn, tagged, and within what should be a reasonable window, especially given my previous attempts to connect.

I expected better from a brand like 704 Shop. If you care about customer service or fair business practices, I suggest thinking twice before making a purchase here—especially if you might need...

Went to do some Christmas shopping for some of my family members because they highly recommended this place. Well, first off they are curbside pick up only when every other store is open at limited capacity. Went online and it says curbside pick up is available. Upon arrival the manager stopped us rudely at the door and told us we were not allowed to come in and shop because it says curbside pick up only online which is clearly not communicated well. He rudely stated multiple times online curbside pick up only which after showing and telling him that’s not the case he said how about you follow us on social media to find that out which I shouldn’t have to. The 704 Shop has been thoughtfully turning out Charlotte and 704 gear for years now and the quality continues to be high. It takes a lot of work to create something unique and the team at 704 does that so well, from cool designs to the the attention they pay to materials, delivery time, and in-store experience.
