The studio is cozy and welcoming. Pauline (the owner and instructor) is very knowledgeable, genuine and professional. You will leave feeling energized, stretched out and toned. Because of the pandemic we worked together remotely, but she was there before I got pregnant (going through fertility treatments), during pregnancy, and postpartum as well. Pauline is incredible. She supported us for the birth of our 3rd child and we were so pleased with the experience. Pauline is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely talented at hands-on physical support during labor. It was amazing to have both my husband and Pauline helping me through contractions. I couldn’t have done it without Pauline. She was amazing from day 1 with our prenatal care and guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, supportive and nurturing. During labor she was the MVP making sure I ate and had water stayed in the zone.
