O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Chaska

They have plastic body panel fasteners, and there's a sign that says to go up to the counter fo they can look up the right type for your vehicle in their book. Well I went up there and was told they could only look them up if I brought one in. So I go home and come back with the fasteners and the guy who told me that is nowhere to be seen, the other guy tells me "we can't look those up." I told him what the first guy said and got a blank stare, so I just left. I will shop online. If local business can't train their employees well enough so that they can help customers, how do they expect to stay in business when they charge three times what you'd pay online? The only reasons to go to a local shop are if you need it immediately, or if you need help. They just eliminated the help part and I don't need them...

The customer service I received at this store was amazing. All I needed was a replacement bulb for a headlight. I asked if someone might be able to help me get the old one out because I had tried that morning and was unsuccessful. Jose not only replaced the bulb, he showed me how to do it. After testing all of my lights (not just the one he replaced, he tested my turn signals and brake lights too), he told me that next time I need to replace one, I could come in an they would help me to make sure I could do it myself correctly. Customer Service I received at the Chaska O'Reillys was absolutely Excellent! They had all the parts I needed in stock, & ready at the register for me!
