Had a great experience here today with Gel, who did an awesome job with my hair. As always, finding someone to work with one's hair can be a nerve-wracking experience, but the folks at Live Label made it a welcoming and relaxing experience. Right as I walked in, I was offered a complimentary beverage while I waited (a short while) to be seated. I had a great conversation with everyone who engaged with me, and it was clear that Gel, my stylist, knew exactly what she was doing with my hair. I chose the Cut & Relax option for my first visit to sort of treat myself to the experience, which included shampoo and a hot towel and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Definitely felt like a great value, and I'll most likely be back and recommending Live Label to anyone who needs any professional and quality...

I’ve been going to this shop for about a year now. The staff are all nice. They greet everyone that comes in and they talk to the clients. They care what the client wants done and they do it exceptionally. I have been to a few different shops in Chattanooga and none of the barbers did as good of a job as Martin. He does a great fade. Nope! was not a good experience at all. It’s all a hype, it seemed. I was not even greeted and felt as if i was a frustration to girl at the front desk, The myth that they offer beer was also found to be untrue! At least they did not offer me.
