I had very poor service today at lunch. I ordered and the young lady rang order up and walked away and took my ticket and they were discussing I am standing in line folks waiting behind me. The girl looks up comes back and said did you want something I said my change and ticket to which she looked at the other person and they talked again. She comes back and says I don't remember what I owe you, I said it will be on ticket but and I told her the amount. She gave it to me and asked for ticket and she said I don't have it, I said can you break down the charges and she looked at the other person and they tried to tell me but what they said and I paid didn't sound right. These people are amazing! Unfortunately my memory has failed me and I forget the name of the person who tried to help me, but I dropped something very difficult to replace in a bike rack pole base (open top, filled with yucky water!) and when I asked for a glove to try to grab it, the amazing woman at the front did it for me! Sadly it was too low to be found (beware the clumsy, sit away from the pole!) as it was recessed into the ground for support, but the fact she did that for a stranger was amazing to me. The food was killer and so were the drinks and the vibes (and the playlist!!) but the kindness to be willing to go into gross water for a total stranger is something that will stick with me. I'm going to be honest, I've never eaten here. BUT I love the Sullivan's Island and Charleston SC area but I live in Chattanooga. I've been following the Co Op instagram for a while now and the RESPONSE to bad reviews are my favorite thing.The uncensored page is quite honestly the best laugh you'll have all day. Working for a small local business myself, I know how damaging an unnecessary bad review can be.
