Had an access issue with my service dog because some people don’t know that by federal law you’re not required to show identification or certification and that they are not allowed to ask for proof of anything. They are only allowed to ask two questions. And upon showing the owner or manager that that was the law she still continued to press for some type of identification. And then after I explained that again she said that what if her customers were allergic or had a fear of dogs, and I proceeded to tell her that she wasn’t allowed to deny a service dog based on those reasons and then she proceeded to ask for identification and so I left because I’m not going to try to reason with someone who isn’t able to reason with me.

We had an opportunity to host a Launch party for my memoir, Vestiges of Light, at Las Margarita's aka Las Mas on Hixson Pike. They outdid themselves for our party and we could not have asked for better food or service! Georgina and the staff there are over the top wonderful and so accommodating. They portioned off a part of the restaurant just for our group. The empanadas with sauces were delicious! Thank you so much for helping make our book launch party a success!

So I waited 52 minutes to to get our food. The staff was full of excuses. Can’t believe they call them selves a restaurant. On top of all that. There was hair in our food. To bad I can’t give them a lower rating than 1 star. Food is MARGINAL at best. ASK ME IF I WILL EVER RETURN. Dont go if you value your health. Owner was the worst!

Literally the worst service I have ever had. I was told to sit wherever I wanted. I sat down and waited 15 minutes and was not greeted by anyone. I did not have a menu or silverware. I ended up asking a bus boy for a menu. Then I waited even longer for the server to finally show up. When she did she did not greet me it was a simple what do you want. I ordered a water and my food and asked for a drink menu. She stated they didn't have one. I let her know that I would order a drink shortly. I also asked for chips and salsa that should have already been on the table. She never returned to get my drink order. Someone else brought the chips and salsa. The chips were cold. I asked her if they had warm chips and she said no.The food finally came out. Then I had no pepper or a spoon. I kept waiting but the server never came back. I ended up having to get up and take a pepper shaker off another table. Then I had to ask the server one section over for my drink and a spoon. My server finally came out with a margarita. She hadn't even asked what drink I wanted. I sent it back and order the drink I wanted. Then when it was time for the check I needed an itemized list for work. They didn't have an itemized receipt to give me. The manager wrote a receipt on a piece of paper. Extremely...

I’m sure all their food isn’t terrible but their fish tacos were. There was nothing on them. It was a bland taco with a piece of fish on a tortilla. No cheese, no cilantro, no slaw…. Nothing you would normally see on a fish taco from literally every other Mexican place I’ve been to. All it came with was rice for a side and a little cup of what tasted like mayonnaise, and a little cup of some nasty pickled onions. I tired a bite of my husbands dish and it wasn’t any better. Severely lacking flavor. I’m sorry but that’s not a fish taco. I told them it wasn’t good and while they took the cheese dip off my order, I would have appreciated them removing that whole dish because I didn’t eat it. It was dry with none of the fillers or tastes of a juicy fish taco. Sorry but Taco Bell has better...
