I agree with most of the comments below. I used to get a couple of scripts sent there each month & I always knew when it came time to fill my meds that I was going to have some kind of problem. Then one day, a tech told me that “the pharmacist said” I needed to find somewhere else to fill my meds because it was “too high” of a quantity when I could just get it in a different strength and get a lower quantity.. which makes absolutely NO sense. You’re not supposed to tell customers what they should or shouldn’t be on or that they need to call their doctor and change the strength before Walgreens would fill it? That is completely ridiculous.
And the people working there that I have come in contact with, were very condescending and treated me like I was a complete idiot. I pulled into the drive thru one day to pick up a prescription, and it was ready for pick up, BUT it had the day before’s date on it which was ironic because I asked for it the day before and they said it was too soon. Then why the heck is my prescription dated for that time and day? I hate that they are like that, because I really enjoyed going there at first. But I had to move all of my stuff to CVS. And I’ll never go back to being treated that way....

Read moreEvery single time I ever get something sent to this pharmacy out of convenience because it’s the closest one to me. Every time I am disappointed. The pharmacist are always so mean and just condescending when asked a question, even over the phone and I try to be always nice to people. I’ve gotten prescriptions sent there and every time they go oh we don’t see anything…wrong one we have nothing for you and so I drive 15 mins away to the other one and every time they tell me it is being filled at the redbank one so i just switch it over to the other one because I don’t believe the redbank pharmacist want to help. I genuinely don’t understand how I can have a bad experience every time I go there. I have given so many chances to this one and I just can’t do it anymore, it makes me so sad how rude people can be.
