The lady that works here has impeccable customer service skills, a bright smile and apt attendance to her customers. She's been with the company for 10 years and it is the opinion of my family, my neighbors and myself that she is an incredibly valuable asset to Subway and would be for any employer.
I truly hope that her employer realizes this and gives her raises to keep her, and her customers who enjoy her attention, happily employed.
I think it may be illegal or something to mention her name, but if you should ever come to this shop during the daytime hours you are almost guaranteed to be served your food by her. She is immediately recognizable by her very friendly banter and sincere concern for her customers.
There are also 2 other employees here that also deserve high props due to their dedication to customer service. One is a younger man and the other is slightly older with a beard. Anyone would recognize their also very friendly and sincere greeting upon entry in to this business. Read moreI’ve been here three different times over the last couple months with awful experiences during each trip. I understand the issue with staffing and have continued to be a return customer because it seems like they are trying to do the best they can. However, after another awful experience, I have to warn those of wasting their time and money at this place. I placed an order to go on the app and was told it would be 20 minutes until my order was ready. No problem at all. The app notified me that my food was complete and ready for pickup so I went inside. Not only was my food not ready, but it wasn’t even in the process of being made. I let them know this and they said they would handle it. They proceeded to continue to make the orders of everyone else in line before starting my order. Overall I sat in the restaurant for almost 20 additional minutes watching people that came in long after me get their food made. Read moreI will not be back to this location after today. This morning we went in to get two foot longs, and there was one customer in front of us that also ordered two sandwiches. The girl who was making them was so slow, almost like she was just trying to be slow. For her to make the four sandwiches it took her 28 minutes! Also, we both wanted ours toasted and she put them in twice and said there toaster was messed up. When they came out the bread was burnt and the pepperonis on one of the sandwiches were burnt. I told her we did want the burnt bread and so she gave us attitude about it and then put new bread in the toaster. Then She put the burnt meat and cheese on the new bread. The tomatoes were no good and she was actually pulling some out and throwing them away in front of us and continued to put the better looking (but still yucky looking) Tomatoes on our sandwich.
