Needs to focus on customer service and understand that people stop there to purchase things quickly. I don't know how many times I've waited over 10 minutes with less than three people in a line. You must prioritize shoppers over lottery purchasers or else you will lose your convenient customers for someone who is buying lottery making you next to no money. Very pricey place. Plus they are known for their very good fresh meats.. although I had bought 3 packs of pork steaks from this Louie's Market and all 3 packs of that pork were sour. I figured it would be pointless to even try and return the pork and to try and be refunded around $14 or more that I had wasted on that pork since I didn't think they would even refund me at all.
