WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED- Hands down this is the absolute most terrible experience. And to be honest I was excited to try this place out because of the reviews... but now I am left with 20 peices on my floor that I can't connect myself. Was quoted at $80 with 1day turn around. Upon dropping it off was quoted $450 and that we would receive a quote the same night or the follow morning. After calling for TWO WEEKS (told on 2 different occasions "Don is out of office for family emergency and has been but will be back tomrrow"  to receive an invoice for my washer we were told it would be an ADDITIONAL $80for concrete. Bringing price with labor up to $550 we agreed and paid half down to get parts ordered. After the weekend passed we were called and quoted for the FOURTH TIME it would be an additional $550- making our total at over $1100 for our washer. After 3 weeks of no washer, and being jacked around more times than we can count- we told them we wanted our money back and our washer.

Well we got it back- in 20 peices. When it was delivered it was in ONE PEICE MIND YOU! I was told on Friday by a younger employee "if we wanted to cut our losses than they can put it back together and I can pick it up". But when we needed a refund- the only option was them to send it home in a million peices

When I called to speak to the owner- he had zero explanations as to why our invoice was missed for almost 3 weeks. Why after it was completely taken apart on Friday and we were given a quote that day- that the quote was not also given for the extra part needed. After 10 minutes of trying to talk to the owner on the phone I was placed on hold- and DISCONNECTED after 26minutes of holding (he came back several times to huffed papers and sigh and place me on hold again)

When performing a service I expect the invoice to reflect the actual total of parts and labor- and when it changes so many times you have to be skeptical.

Take your money and time...

First time going into this store. Lots of selection of dryers, washers and fridges. Very helpful sales guys. Willing to explain everything to you if need be. They also have a 6 month warranty on there items which is nice since other places don't even give you a warranty worth anything. I found a couple options for dryers but needed to go home before I could ask about financial options. So I have them a call back and got the front desk lady why tells me they go through a different company for financial options and gives me a number to text. So I texted it and no response so I tried to call cause we really need a dryer and my phone says the number can't go through so she didn't give me the correct number to call to see if I can even get a dryer from them. They should be more willing to help customers who want to spend money in there store. But I need a dryer amd there prices are really cheap so I will keep trying. But other then that the store is a bit crowded and the floors need to be cleaned. They also need to wash there appliances correctly given its still covid and some of there appliances it smells like something died inside so beware and give it an extra good cleaning if you decide to buy anything. Some dryers are a little burnt in the back so be extra away also there's a good chance they won't work correctly. They have. I was really hoping to be able to leave a good review. First, the few good things: The delivery people were nice and mostly efficient. When our fridge stopped working, we were able to buy another that same day and have it delivered fast enough that we barely had to toss anything out.

The bad: We sent in the refrigerator for repair, as well as an old one in the garage that kept tripping the breaker every time it turned on, hoping to get both fixed, keep the one we purchased, and sell the repaired one from the garage.

When we got them back, both had huge mold problems, and the pull out freezer bin has a hard time opening and closing because of all the gunk that is now in the tracks. No one seemed concerned about this so....I guess it is normal to get back something that you put food into coated with black and pink mold?

They also lost our handles (which had to be removed to get the fridge out the door) But they found the right ones and brought them over.

We get the fridge up to temperature and I turn on the ice maker. The first batch of ice had a screw in it! I hope it wasn't important!

And the second returned fridge is still tripping the breaker (they found nothing wrong with it and it worked fine on their system that is meant to deal with a lot of appliances being plugged into it). We also plugged it into the house and it still tripped the breaker. We were hoping to sell it, but can't with this type of problem.

We tried calling to get this taken care of, but the lady wasn't very helpful. Will update if...
