Lot's of positives but there's a reason for 3 stars today. Typically, this is our go to thrift store in town! They beat their local competitors prices and inventory, offer lots of coupon days, and when you save your receipt, you get major discounts on future shopping trips. We visit this store probably 2-3x's/month. We really do love this place but there is room for improvement. There is no fitting room and no refunds, exchanges, or even store credit in the event of changing one's mind. So basically, you're just hoping for the best and once you spend the money, even on a pricey item, you are stuck with it. This can be difficult, especially when shopping for people who are not with you (i.e., family). Additionally, there are no public restrooms, yet they have large amounts of children's clothing and goods, toys. There has been more than once that I've overheard a parent ask for a bathroom as their little one stands there squirming in anticipation. The parents end up leaving out of necessity, foregoing paying (lost revenue) for their items simply because there is no time to waste when you have a child about to wet their pants. One other thing is that because they staple the tags to the clothes, there's a risk for holes in the fabric upon tag removal. All in all, we will continue to shop here, but these negatives could definitely use...
