I was one of the first people who started going to Harbor House collective when I first opened yesterday I walked in after not visiting the dispensary since the fall of 2023 to my amazement my favorite strand was still available, so I was very excited to grab a couple of full grams of Alberiño pre-rolls, I decided to wait till I got back home from a long drive approximately seven hours because I happen to be in town so I made sure that I grab two pre-rolls so that I can smoke them in my porch relaxing I really dislike pennypinching specially when it comes to buying a premium product like the Albor pre-rolls at Harbor house is known for why are you guys pinching the full grams? You literally are stealing from your clients the experience of having a full joint I bought two full grams yesterday and I thought I was blind so what I did was I unpeeled the tip and I took pictures of it and I posted it here so you can see how much weed is missing from a full grand pre-roll. This is not OK. This is very disappointing and I hope you guys bring back full grand pre-rolls and stop selling us. These pinched pre-rolls because this is a disgrace. People can’t really say anything about it because they come in these little dark tubes and you can’t see inside and see how short these pre-rolls look but I know the difference because I’ve been going to Harbor House for a long time and I go to all the dispensaries in the area and this is not a full gram. Now the front desk is where I’m always having an issue and if not me someone else. I’ve never been to a dispensary where front desk staff is running out to the parking lot looking in peoples cars. That’s just wild to me! Every dispensary in MA that I’ve been to worry about what’s going on in the building not a parking lot! What’s ever what’s even better is they also think they run the establishment. Denying a frequent customer who in 6 weeks spent $1000. The front desk girl should worry about just checking ids and not trying to make manager decisions.
