Worst Starbucks Iâve ever been to - hands down! Just went in here with my girlfriend, she ordered a blonde iced cappuccino and I ordered a blonde hot coffee. We were told that they were out of blonde hot coffee so I ordered a pike. A few minutes later I find out that they are ALSO now out of the Pike... so they are now out of 2 of their 3 hot coffees.... correct me of Iâm wrong but I thought this was a place that sold coffee, No?? The general attitude of the employees when sharing this revolution with me was not helpful either, they could care less that they didnât have 2 of their hot coffees but I could wait 10 minutes for them to brew it. My girlfriend finally got her âblonde iced cappuccinoâ which turned out to be a late and not what she ordered. They made her an iced coffee instead and finally gave me my âblonde hot coffeeâ which turned out to be a dark roast. We walked out of their completely disgusted with the entire experience and swore never to ever return. Itâs amazing how there can be 7 people working behind the counter and screw things up so badly. Based on other reviews from customers and the location, i think i have an idea where the problem might be. I ve seen a lot of happy customers on the drive thru part. The problem happens when you go inside and you sit there for some time. I believe it is normal to enjoy a good level of comfort while drinking a good beverage of your choice in a Starbucks coffee. Now the much awaited part, What went wrong? : The place was freezing cold. Not only me and my associate were cold, we heard another customer complaining. Complained to staff: 'there s nothing we can do about it." Music was loud i had trouble hearing answers when having a conversation with the person next to me. Cappucino was foaming outside of the cup, did i get an extra washing detergent perk in my beverage? Staff kindly offered a replacement. Please Starbucks, send a mystery customer there to make this place more comfortable, maybe standard AC and sound need to be set up differently for this...
   Read moreIt is a horrible horrible experience tonight (9/28/2023). At about 9:45 pm, I used the Drive-thru to order my customized Trenta Iced Green Tea. I would like 2 Pump Liquid Cane Sugar, No ice, and No water. After I paid, I only got half of a cup of Iced Green Tea (see the picture). I asked him why it was only half of a cup of Green Tea. He told me it is Starbucks's policy if you order "No ice and No water" iced tea. I am Starbucks's loyal customer, and I always visit Starbucks to purchase Iced Green Tea every day. It is my first time to hear this infuriating Starbucks's policy. I complained to him, and his contemptuous and unreasonable attitude made people feel disrespected.
