Bachata Rosa — Restaurant in Chelsea

Ordered a certain food for delivery. The wrong food got delivered, I noticed 2 minutes after drop off, so I kindly called the restaurant so they can contact the driver to see if he could swap the incorrect order, the response from the restaurant personal wasn't the best, they offered me to go by the restaurant and pick up the right order which was not possible, there was a reason I decided to order for delivery and pay almost $8 between driver tip and delivery fee. When I expressed my issue not being able to go to the restaurant the person quickly told me that it was "not" their fault.

This is the second time it happens, the only thing I would suggest to the restaurant is to print the receipt and attach it to the order so the driver and client can quickly...

Nice and spacious restaurant .. location is great for me . The staff /order takers was very nice and friendly. I ordered a dinner plate it came with a lot of rice and I got the pepper steak and stew beef . Everything was so delicious and fresh taste like home cooking I enjoyed it very well. I also got the barbecue ribs and some fried plantain and that was very good as well. The ribs fell off the bone and so tender in the sauce on it was so good I recommend the ribs and the fried plantain or fresh fried not too greasy and not too salty I think this place is a lot better than most places in the area for Dominican Spanish food I definitely will...

Bachata Rosa is okay. The staff were friendly and helpful stars on that. Food was okay. Some of the food was nice and tender and some of the food were dry such as the yuca. I was quite surprised for two small plates came out to be $42 (Legit Downtown Boston prices lol) especially in a working class neighborhood such as Chelsea. So, this is was harmed the experience. There are other competitors nearby, probably will save them as an emergency resort if other Dominican restaurants...
