Broadway House of Pizza — Restaurant in Chelsea

I'm giving a star because there's not option for none, I requested a Buffalo chicken wing they gave me tender Buffalo, I went there nicely asking for an exchange, they say not on my face, I had either to stay with what I got or throw them out, this is f......ING stupid, I spent $80.00 and they not even gave me the option for paying a difference at least, thing I would've done without hesitate, but they wanted to charge me for a whole new item, I feel aggravated. This is not make any sense, I was a regular customer until today. I'm going to spread the word, so Noone of my circle of friends visit...

My family and and visited on 2/14/16 for a quick pizza take out with a side of chicken fingers fort he kids. And while the pizza was good, the staff was a little confused with my request for chicken fingers/tenders.

Instead of presenting the item as a side, the chicken was put on the pizza as a topping. All in all, the pie was good if not a little unconventional. I would happily try it again, but this time I'd practice my Spanish to...

I live about 7 minutes away walking distance and they take over 45 mins to deliver. I am a regular customer and i tip so there is no reason why it should take so long. They are also very rude, like consistently rude. The food is good if you order and pick it up yourself but you'll be lucky if the food isn't expired if you order delivery. Also ordered in store once and they served everyone and left my food sitting for half an hour after...
