Party Center — Local services in Cheltenham Township

So sad!!!!!! We have been coming here for years! They did such a wonderful job with ballon arrangements. I don’t know what is happening now?! I have given them 3 times to redeem themselves. I have had to explain with details on a piece of paper how I would like the balloons done. They don’t seem to comprehend. Late with my orders, so late they don’t have them done when I come to pick them up. Where I was spoken very rude, because they were to busy and overwhelmed with orders. Not my problem! Your business! This is now the third time and the last. I think the store is going to close soon. The owner seems to be ready to be done anyway. He seems disconnected from his employees and his store. This is a review I should have written 4 years ago! Barry was super friendly and helpful. I ordered my wedding invitations and everything came out great. I wasn't very specific with what I wanted and I didnt have a theme other than "wedding." It must be hard when a customer is not that into the details, but he helped me find the perfect classy invitations by asking a few questions and showing us some samples. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I am not even sure if we had an appointment. I think we just walked in. THE place to go for all your party needs. There are not enough good words to describe the staff at SGS and what they do. Fantastic selection, great prices, incredibly on point customer service. The balloon arch my clients ordered for their June 2nd wedding deflated in the heat of the day. Owner Barry came out himself at the height of rush hour to redo the arch before the bride was leaving for her ceremony so she could have her photographs done under it.
