They truly made the process EASY. I had to move my older parents in with me to care for them and started the process of clearing out their old house and contemplating the process of selling it. I received a post card from this company and called them, unsure what to expect. This was a great way to sell the home as it needed a lot of work and would have taken a lot to get it to the point I could have listed with a realtor. They made a good offer on the house, I didn't have to worry about anything other than going through and getting the items we wanted to keep out of the house. When they needed to get together during the process they worked around my schedule as I live 2 1/2 hours away. They handled all the settlement process which on my end was only a few emails back and forth to provide needed information. No realtor, no showings or dealing with prospective offers back and forth, and no settlement costs other than the county transfer tax as required of a seller. Highly recommend. Courtney Rucker was very unprofessional and untrustworthy. After entering an Agreement of Sale, I agreed to grant her access to the house for inspection and repair. On her last visit, Courtney broke my door lock, and damaged the door beyond repair (instead of picking up a spare), promised to replace it, and went missing in action. She left my house unsecured and promised to replace the lock the same day. I have not heard from her since she promised to replace the lock. She has not responded to any contact. None of the work that felt was so urgent she broke in to the house to do was ever completed. And she defaulted on the contract. I will never use this company again. What a waste of...
