Asian Fusion Red House — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

I ordered from this place last night using Beyond Menu app. I’ve ordered from Redhouse before and never had a issue, but this time I wish I ordered from somewhere else. My delivery driver was unprofessional and rude. All because he parked at the wrong building and refuse to get out of his car so I can find him. Then when he got tired of me not finding him proceeds to drive off with my food only to stop at the end of the block and storm down the street, continuing to tell me that it was my fault and that he was parked at this building. I proceeded to tell him that he went to the wrong building and he knows it. That him waiting for a long time was his fault that I’ve been outside looking for him,while he sat in his car. That this whole situation was his fault. I went back inside my building I called Beyond Menu and asked who employs the drivers, and they stated the restaurant does. My boyfriend then called the restaurant and they acted like they didn’t care. That if I wanted a refund I would have to call BeyondMenu. Thankfully BeyondMenu cancelled my order and refunded my money but I will never order from this...

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered through Uber Eats with the specific instruction of "no peanuts" because I am highly allergic. The restaurant sent me the food with peanuts. Luckily I saw the peanuts before eating it and avoided a trip to the Emergency Room. I called Red House and they said they can't help me or send me new food without the peanuts because it's "not their fault." Lee (apparently the manager) was arguing with me about it not being their fault and gave me Uber Eats number, which I called. After speaking to the first representative, she informed me she would give me a refund but there is also nothing they can do. Basically I would have to reorder the food, pay for the delivery fee and then call them back and have them reimburse me within 3-5 days. It was a back and forth with Red House and Uber Eats and no one helped me in the end. If you want good food, don't order from here. Asian fusion red house i ordered from this place and make sure you check the bag before the delivery driver leaves i ordered a large pork fried rice a large BBQ ribs with bone in and 2 pork egg rolls when the order came as the driver pulled offi found the ribs were not in the bag when I called they said sometimes the drivers steal food from orders theni told him it looks like it was forgotten because there was no grease in the bag at all like it wasn't put in long story short they never bought me the missing ribs and never refunded mu money the ribs were $22.00 and some change i talked to people 3 times and that it had to be taken care of by the Mgr and the Mgr said it was on its way before 10:00pm they never bought it to me so I will continue to write these reviews until...
