Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cheraw

The most unpleasant experience ever at a pizza hut. We were seated and ordered within 15 min. When we arrived the dining room was not full. While we were waiting, the dining room reached maximum capacity and 75% of patrons submitted their order, received, ate, and departed without our party receiving our order. We inquired about our order and were told it would be about 3 min. We waited and additional 15 min and still did not receive order. We decided to leave and were told we would be commuting a crime by leaving without paying for drinks. I told the manager I would pay for whatever it took for us to leave Pizza Hut peacefully. We were told we did not need to pay for our drinks. When we left pizza hut I noticed there were no pizzas in the oven which meant our order would have been at least another 20 min (total=1 hour 30 min). There is no reason a business in this small town should require patrons to wait over 1 Hour for their order. I called to place an order Here when the process was almost done a cashier hung up on me also My food was cold I waited 2hrs for my food when I received it was cold my wings was half done I have bitten off both pizza and wings I called up to there and made a complaint one cashier put me on hold for 10 minutes I called back to make an complaint the next cashier put me on hold for 7mins I hung up to call again to speak to the manager he said he wanted the pizza and wings back I explained that I bitten off both items he said he didn't care he wanted to keep the items I said to him it's ok that's nasty that I was gone write a review he stated he didn't care do what I have to do that it really didn't matter I also told him I wasn't gone eat from there again he said he didn't care and hung up on me the service is bad they have rude cashiers also moral of this complaint is money waisted never again and I will be contacting the corporate and Im going to keep complaining until they do...

How about i order here sometimes not to much though because of how expensive they get and i called and spoke to a lady who was real nice didnt have a problem with her. I asked about there policy on bills over a twenty. She told me i thanked her and got off the phone thinking we was good bout maybe 10 minutes later they call me back it was a different lady this time sounded older to so im guessing she was the manager she had a nasty attitude the whole time. Accusing me of not being able to pay for my food when i told the other girl i could pay after i knew i had 40 n 20s and the rest in quarters. I told the older lady that i had the money. And she said are the quarters rolled up i said yeah. Im sure the food is great but i dont appreciate how she talked to me. I might not eat here...
