Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cheraw

Rude employees Pulled up to the speaker and waited...and waited and waited some more. No one would answer the intercom. So off I go to the window to place my order only to wait some more. With 2 cars ahead of my truck I waited. When I finally got to the window I went to place my order of two cups of ice cream with cherries on top. The lady said that I would have to pull around and get back in line to order through the speaker. I said no one would answer at the speaker so I came to the window. And again I was told to get back inline. I then asked to speak to the manager. This rude so called manager told me to go back around and get in line. I refused to wait in line again. I requested to speak to someone else in charge and "a manager" asked what I wanted. I told her 2 ice cream cups with cherries. She said is that all and I said yes. She came back with the cups of ice cream and said they were free!! Why the hassle? Why be so difficult? Why the rudeness? Sonic needs to get their...

I stopped by here to pick up din er for my husband and myself about 30 minutes before I needed to pick my daughter up from the football game. We were picking the food up to go and was 2 simple meals. 45 minutes later they still have not brought food out when I called in again they said it was coming out they then attempted to bring me food that was not ours that they also tried to bring to the car beside us and it was not his either the person had gotten tired of waiting and left the guy sitting next to us had not even ordered yet and decided he did not want to order.... I sat for another 20 minutes waiting for a manager just so I could request a refund because they had lost my ticket... She had to go in and attempt to find my ticket it is now 5 days after the incident and I still have no refund in my account... This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to I would give this place a negative...

We waited over half an hour for our order for one of the drinks to be incorrect and to be missing one of the sandwiches. After waiting another 45 minutes on the missing sandwich to be replaced and having to ask where it was at, it finally came out 15 minutes after that. It was missing the tomato, lettuce, and mayo that was supposed to be on it. While I do understand that Friday nights are busy there was no reason for it taking 1.5 hrs for me to get my complete order. I was offered something for my trouble after an hour of waiting, at which my daughter gladly got a small slushie. Sonic can do much better than this. There were a few other issues there, such as teenagers horsing around in the parking, one nearly got hit by a car while we were there. They were horsing around in the parking lot around peoples vehicles and I saw no sign of management doing anything in regards...
