Enclave at Woodcrest Station — Local services in Cherry Hill Township

Strongly suggest you think twice before moving into this complex, the developer and the management agency have clearly not thought about the design or the care of the property at all.

We have been living here for some months now and I can list exactly what has gone wrong with our apartment within the first two months:

• The package room iPad to the building went black screen and wouldn’t allow anyone to pick up their items, this happened on a Friday and was still not dealt with until the Monday. • Our apartment flooded in the middle of the night due to the air conditioner being installed incorrectly and wet all of the floor in the master bedroom. • When we moved in they didn’t have the apartment properly cleaned and there was paint on every surface and floor, when we reported it the building manager sent the maintenance guy who informed us we had to clean it with water and soap accepting no responsibility for their fault at all. • The window screen was bent and broken before we even moved in. • The floors were scratched where the developer had moved furniture in. • The marble work tops are scratched and dented from the contractors. • Where the AC unit failed and flooded the apartment it has ruined the master bedroom floor and now the floor tiles are lifted and fallen to pieces. • The oven hood hob that is brand new and just installed isn’t working. • There are huge pest problems, ants are in the apartment walls and floors and regularly come into the apartment despite being treated by pest control on more then one occasion I know from conversations with other tenants this is a building wide issue. • Multiple scratches, dents and damage around the apartment despite being new. • The gym is not cleaned regularly enough and most of the outdoor grass and vegetation is dying from lack of maintenance. • Toilet was dirty when we moved in.

Living here has been such a great experience, one of the best decisions I could have made! Dana and Tonya in the management office are super responsive and on top of their game. Also have to give credit to Marty for keeping this place up and running.

The apartment is nice and spacious with high ceilings, giving off a modern feel. I love the added touches, like the ceiling fan in the bedroom, built in towel cabinet in the bathroom and the extra window above the balcony door. These things add a little more of a touch of luxury.

The amenities are impressive. Between the pool, game room, co-working spaces, gym, multiple firepits and grills, pickle ball courts and dog park - they are all top notch! I have lived here for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I love how big and open my apartment feels! The ceilings are higher than every other apt Ive ever lived in and it makes it feel bigger than it is! I love the modern simplistic look of my apt. I am absolutely thrilled with the size of the kitchen. They really made use of the space. And I need to give a special shout out to Marty who is the maintence guy! Not only is he so responsive but he actively goes out of his way to make sure my packages end up in the package room if a delivery driver does not follow my instructions as does the leasing staff!
