The store has a lot of variety and many organic items as well, which is overall very helpful.

However, it is VERY DISAPPOINTING that the frozen food is often found to have fungus growing in it. It reflects on the poor storage conditions - I wonder if the freezers are turned off at nights and turned on again in the mornings, since I have sometimes found parathas stuck together as if they’ve thawed and then froze again.

Yesterday (12/30/24) I had gone to return 2 packets of parathas which had fungus. This was purchased in October and I have already returned one additional packet in October itself because of a lot of fungus when I opened it. These next two packets were opened later after that one and I took them back yesterday, but the store refused to accept the return as it was over 30 days from purchase. Even though these were from the same purchase where I had returned one packet earlier within the 30-day period and the expiration is only in 9/2025 they wouldn’t accept it back. I have bought this brand (Haldiram’s) a lot and know that they are trustable and good, so my guess is that the freezers are not maintained properly especially in Summer and Fall when it can get really hot. Others have also mentioned similar problems to me after having bought food or sweets at this store/location.

If the store can fix this problem, then I think they will gain reputation...

I felt really wierd ,pathetic , after yesterday treatment , i wore shorts literally till my knees ,i was coming back from the beach , i had to get a rice bag it was 8:45 pm , An uncle from the store came near the glass door,he literally scanned me from top to bottom and bottom to top, in a very wierd way ,as if he did not see girls in his life for the first time , and then opened the door,i really felt not very bad after this experience.i mean this is usa and its commn on hot summer days people wear shorts,this is not the first time - it was pathetic experereince ,as a single women ,i felt very bad ,not secured about it and decided next time i am not gona shop here , -I hope owner looks into this . I am a working profesional and i have a respectable job and independent women , this is very worst expereince i had -- i hope owner do some thing about this issue . it was pathetic and he literally scanned me ,infornt of me i was standing and i was able to grasp ,what the heck...

I don’t want to write this but i have to. I have been visiting this store from past 2 years.I have seen many times many expired products in the shelves.But i never complained about it. Even though the products were expired 6+ months before and still available in the racks, not just one a bunch of same expired products. But on Aug 28 22 , i returned 4 steel glasses that got rust just in 20 days of use.I returned saying that i bought it along with plates and other groceries but i lost the receipt. They are so cheap that upon so much request they ignored my request. I said keep these with u guys i don’t need it.She just kept it and said okay thanks bye, lol. Such a shame.

Customers please don’t buy utensils from this store. Also please check the expiration on each product while buying.Don’t buy anything if there is additional sticker added on it or expiration is removed.Specially look for chikki, Kissan Jam,...
