Cloud9 Tea — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

My husband and I stopped here for the first time this past weekend to pick up bubble tea for our family. It was a great experience, and the drinks were excellent - the whole family enjoyed them. The space was clean and spacious with games like Jenga at the bar on the wall - a great place for kids, teens, and young adults to hang out. Reminded me of the bubble tea place my friends and I would hang out at in Philly when we were in college.

The woman who took our order (perhaps the owner) was so friendly and helpful. I'm often overwhelmed when it comes to ordering bubble tea because there are so many different options to choose from, but the owner was so patient and was happy to explain the differences and even give me samples to try so I knew what certain items looked and tasted like. We were there a little too early for the black boba to be ready, but when the owner recommended and let me try the white boba, it helped me make an informed and confident decision in my large order of 5 drinks.

The owner said goodbye to us and was thoughtful to say, "Happy birthday to your mom!" since I mentioned I was bringing the drinks to my parents as part of a delayed birthday celebration. There is a variety of tea. Each type of tea is so amazingly good and special in different ways. I tried and I loved all of it. My humble suggestion is when you come here to order and enjoy the tea here in this storw, you should order and try different type at different time. That way you know different taste of the special tea here. The store is really clean too. As long as you walk inside the store, it smells so good from the tea. You can immediately know the tea is truly excellent for you to order and enjoy 🍸. The owner of the store is super friendly, warm, and lovely. Their customer service is outstanding. The drink I got was milk tea & then my boyfriend got the thai tea here. we can confidently say as bubbie tea drinkers that this is one of the best places for bubble tea that we have had so far.
