If you have issues with your gaming pc, do not take it to this shop. I took my computer here two months ago and payed $75 for a diagnosis. They diagnosed it as a motherboard issue and I would need to buy a new one. Because I have previous experience on putting computers together I decided to just take the feedback and get a new motherboard and put it together myself in order to avoid paying another $300. After saving some money I bought a brand new motherboard and the same issue persisted, I called the shop to see if they could take a look at it again since they gave me the wrong diagnosis in the first place. I left my computer there on Saturday, and the usually turn around is 1-2 days. I only got a response on late Wednesday with the answer of "it is a motherboard issue and I must have installed it wrong, maybe I did not wear gloves". I also found out that they barely test your computer, mainly your GPU and CPU. This tells me that the people there have no clue of what they doing, they know nothing about PCs unless you have a clear issue. I would not recommend using this shop if you have a not obvious issue with your PC.
Updated to answer: It is not a gesture of goodwill when it was payed to have a correct diagnosis and you guys provided a faulty service. You should not advertise you are able to fix computers when the only thing you...
Read moreI had a very positive experience with this repair store. After 4 Apple techs (online and in store) and many online resources failed to help me manually backup my photos, I came across Kayatech. Keep in mind many repair stores are not familiar with Apple formatting so I was very pleased Kayatech could help! Siyar, the employee who helped me, was very thorough in his explanations. He went above and beyond - explaining what he felt was the most appropriate hard drive for my needs as well as showing me afterwards on my laptop what was backed up and how to add more photos. When I picked up my device he wasn’t present and even drove to the store and stayed after closing to answer my questions! Needless to say, Siyar did not disappoint when I returned to have my parents photos transferred from their older hard drives to a newer one. He gave me a good deal since I was a returning customer and reassured I could return if I ever had additional questions. Siyar’s professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness can’t be beat. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for tech help(simple or complex) in person, showing you step by step how to perform a specific task for Windows or...
Read moreRecently, my Google Pixel 7 completely died. I tried all the fixes, but it was clear that the motherboard had failed. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to enable automatic Google backup, so I lost all my photos and memories. From past experience and research, it seemed almost impossible to recover data from a broken motherboard, as it typically requires a specialized technician and can be very costly. I decided not to give up and found Kayatech, who claimed they had the capability to fix it. I didn't have much hope but decided to give it a try, and they performed a miracle. They managed to get my phone working just enough to back up my data at a very reasonable price. The professionalism and courtesy of the owner, Siyar, were outstanding, earning a 5-star rating. The Kayatech staff is very knowledgeable and super nice. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service. I highly recommend Kayatech for...
