If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought furniture from there a couple years ago. I ordered a 5500$ dining room table. They said it would be delivered in 6 weeks. Took 6 months, and then it came in the wrong color. It took almost 8 months for the ‘right’ table to come, the day before we were moving to North Carolina. We called and wanted a refund and they refused. So I told the delivery men not to unwrap it and leave it in the packaging because it was going in a uhaul the next day. They didn’t send a new base- just the top table, so even if it was in the right color it wouldn’t have matched the color of the base. We moved to a tiny apartment for a year so the table sat in storage that year still wrapped . We just unwrapped it and went to hook it up in our new house and it is the same exact color that it was before- still completely wrong. It’s suppose to be a dark blue and it is a light ugly gray. We ordered a beautiful dining table. The order process was easy and we’ve enjoyed our Italian modern walnut top (stainless steel bottom) dining table for a couple of years. During covid the walnut top finish seemed to have a small defect where it lifted at one of the seems. Poor service l put a order in for a mirror 6 weeks later never heard from them until had call them about my order.
