Bassett Furniture — Local services in Cherry Hill Township

Prices are marked up beyond belief, while the Furniture is very cheaply made. Angela , the sales representative that i dealt with was very rude, cold and has no personality. She acted in a way that she was doing us a favor in wanting us to work around her schedule. They try to scam you by misleading you that your getting custom furniture to justify their ridiculously over priced junk that the sell when in reality all that they’re doing is letting you change the color of the fabric as you would in any other furniture store . I purchased at Raymor & Flanagan just down the road from them and I am Extremely happy with my decision to not purchase at Basset...

Although not problem free, my experience with Bassett and their Cherry Hill location has been amazing. Angela Lee, the Sales Manager, is not only a great designer but a wonderful problem solver who puts the customer first. I purchased a king bedroom set, 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools. All pieces were delivered on time. We did have some issues with the paint finish on the counter stools and even though it took about a year to realize it (light paint that soaked into the wood over time and showed bare spots), Angela worked with me to replace the stools and then had the replacements repainted. If you go to Bassett ask for Joan, she is the most helpful and nice sales person I have ever worked with. She is outstanding!

We had fallen in love with a sectional that unfortunately didn’t fit in our hallway to our basement. Joan worked so hard to find us a new one that would fit the space and met our price point. She would answer our questions even on her days off. On the delivery day, she was transparent with any delays with the delivery team and keep us informed of any changes.
