I have eaten at this Honeygrow many times and have never had a problem. I have not eaten here since the pandemic started. I decided to order and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. As a courtesy, I asked were they closed and I was told that I could still order. I was very displeased with how all of the food was uncovered and an employee was sweeping in the same area. I was concerned about the cleanliness of this. One employee mentioned sweeping near the food and the other one said, "We are about to close." I tried to appeal to the humanity of the older gentleman by letting him know that people are extra concerned about restaurants being clean during Covid-19(should be a concern always) He mentioned that he could credit my money back to my card. No apology, no type of customer service. Comments were "We do this every night, we are being cautious." If they are this lax sweeping near uncovered ingredients, what else are they lax about? I will never eat here again. I also need to see my refund back on my card because I refused to eat here. The staff(the sweeper and the older gentleman) need customer service training. FYI, when you sweep, dust and other particles fly around. I know because I have been sweeping for many years....

Here’s a polished version of your review for Google:

Last week, I had the pleasure of dining at Honeygrow in Cherry Hill, NJ, for the first time, and it was truly a memorable experience! The service, atmosphere, and food all exceeded my expectations, thanks to three outstanding individuals: Jessica M. (General Manager), Monique (Assistant Manager), and Maria (line worker).

Monique and Maria were incredibly kind, patient, and positive as they guided me through my first order. Their warm smiles and great attitudes made the experience all the more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was spotless, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

As someone who is part Korean, I was especially impressed with the noodle dish I ordered. The flavors were excellent, reminiscent of the Korean tastes I love—flavorful, well-balanced, and completely satisfying.

Jessica, Monique, and Maria clearly embody Honeygrow's commitment to excellent customer service. Their dedication deserves recognition and applause! In my opinion, this location sets the bar for exceptional service and is right up there with the benchmark of customer service—Chick-fil-A. Well...

First time here for me and my gf after always seeing it while at Whole Foods.. Basic place that seems to be set up more for take out than eat in with a handful of tables inside and a few outside. Salads and stir fry are built to order on the numerous touchscreens with bonus of being able to pay with card or Apple pay there or cash at the counter. Wait for your order number to be called and its off to the races. I had the sesame garlic stir fry with shrimp instead of beef. It seems everything is changeable between proteins, noodle types and flavors along with the vegetables. They def did not skimp on the mushrooms and shrimp (shrimp was perfect). Its nice to have outside tables with only negative being the small sidewalk and stop sign next to building leads to not much quiet time. Cant do much about the traffic and kids on bikes but its nice to have seating outside especially since inside was FREEZING. I'm already looking forward going back to try the salads and...

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to write a review. My family and I got dinner at this establishment around 5pm today everyone else had delicious meals, mine on the other hand.... DISGUSTING! The first red flag was the putrid smell when I opened my box. It got worse from there, despite the smell I gave it a try because I was so hungry after the long day I had. It had a funky taste to it, so I asked to taste my boyfriend and the kids food. They asked to taste mine and I told them it taste weird, the first thing my boyfriend said was it smelled like old feet lol. To make a long story short my a few of my shrimp were bad and as you can imagine it ruined the whole dish. As I'm writing this my stomach is starting to hurt. If you though about ordering from here I suggest you don't, ever. This experience made me vow to never get honey grow again, and I’ll be sure that anyone I know never eats honey grow. Ordered in the restaurant for takeout. Kiosks were simple to use and had a variety of options so that I could get exactly what I wanted. Tried the Red Coconut Curry with tofu. Not that I'm a vegan or anything, but I figured I try the dish as is. There's a warning that Rice noodles absorb the sauce and don't transport well so I ordered extra sauce - I actually should have gotten 2 extra. It REALLY absorbs and the sauce is sooooo good. The tofu was roasted and had a lot of flavor. I also tried the apple pie honeybar. I thought the whip cream was yogurt, considering how thick it was. The combination of apples, streusal, pecans and whipped cream were unbelievable. I'd come back just for that. The foccocia bread and brownie were definitely overpriced and nothing great. Overall satisfied with the freshness of the food, aside from the pineapples in the curry. I think another reviewer mentioned it - they definitely were canned 😔😔

I spent $12.58 for this Cobb salad with Brown wilted soggy lettuce pieces- a travesty. I had to pick out pieces of this salad disaster and settle for less than fresh lettuce. That’s $3 more than Saladworks charges and a smaller salad. Here’s my thing- If you’re gonna charge more than regular salad joints for a Cobb salad than deliver better than average salads. This lettuce wouldn’t even pass my test for a homemade salad I’d make myself let alone one I paid for someone else to make. It’s one thing if it were just turning brown but it was legit soggy. Sad part is this was a to go order from the app so by the time I opened it I was already home and could not send it back! I only have two stars here because it was fulfilled correctly too bad the “quality” was Terrible. Disappointed because I opted against a stir fry which is usually tasty. Sad Salad Story!
