New update.. Just left this location yrs later and still terrible service.. June 19th 2025..picked out 3 clearance items for 3 bucks each.. None rang up right.. The manager was called over and pro proceeded to rip off and remove the clearance tags saying she was not going to honor them even though they put them on themselves.. She said you can have it for what it comes up not the sticker.. It's not our problem it doesn't match.. DISGUSTING STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ((would be ZERO stars.. But had so least 1 to post review)) First off the Place was empty for merchandise and a complete mess..the floors were dirty.. Sticky and gross.. Never even saw a single person sanatize ANYTHING the entire time was there .. Employees are not enforcing the masks or social distancing.. Having mask only cover mouths and leave nose out DEFEATS THE PURPOSE and puts those around you at risk.. Even some employees it that way.. Anyway the horror started from moment walked in.. No greeting okay whatever.. But there were no santizer6wipes.. Spray or spray for hands by the shopping carts so I asked a gentleman at door for sanitizer to clean cart off before I put my 4 year old in.. And was told no.. I cleaned them myself just now.. I held out paper towel again and said please it would make ms more comfortable as a mom to do it myself .. Anyone could of touched it while u weren't lookin.. He said no again and just turned away and went back to watching self checkout.. With 3 or 4 bottles of cleaner right next to him.. He could of risked my child's life.. Don't open for customers to shop if not going to Follow NJ LAWS.. Plus they were letting Nyone in.. There was no capacity counts at door as before.. It was almost packed like Xmas but worse! I'll be reporting it to home office and store manager.. Ridiculous as a Walmart representative to not offer assistance to a mom and her child who are Cleary just trying to do right by others by staying 6 feet away and sanitize things.. Very horrible customer service.. Plus we were only couple checked at the door for our receipt.. We both shoes 5 bdays gifts and 24 pack soda and some snacks.. 7 people walked past with carts that had no Walmart bags.. With bigger things that could be stolen.. I felt profiled for our tattoos and appearances, along with my mixed daugh9who asked for a sticker and was told no! But u gave one to other Lil girl? No.. That's strike 3 and 4..u don't mistreat my child! She's no different then the little blonde haired blue eyes girl u gave three too.. She a unique beautiful smart witty and funny sassy Lil girl.. Yes she's mixed but she's mine.. That crossed the line.. Hr3.. District man3.. Regional and store manager here I come.. U cherry Hill store on route 38 had despicable employees.. And that's just half of my 45 minute shopping...
Read moreUsually I don't leave negative reviews. Afterall, you don't like somewhere, just don't go back. But the employees at this walmart were just downright dismissive and rude. I spoke to 3 employees regarding my order and all 3 just kept saying I don't know and no.... do you work here or not? One told me to speak to a manager at checkout so I said okay and after waiting in a long line (which is normal for Walmart so no knock there), the women said again no. I said another employee told me to ask for the manager... she pointed at the same employee and said she's the manager! I was like this is the one I spoke to who told me to ask for a manager?!? I'm not at the age where dementia is setting in (only in late twenties here) I was fed up at this point because I just felt uncomfortable and dismissed and also pretty sure they were lying to me, so I just said I want to pay and leave. And since I'm leaving a review, let me tell you, the bathrooms were disgusting! I have never left a review because of bad bathrooms because it's not worth it and it's just bathrooms but I'm so annoyed I want to mention how dirty they are. The toilet holder didn't have a cover so the toilet paper was exposed and so when you tried to grab it, it would fall right off the handle. There was already several rolls on the floor which I seriously hope people didn't just pick up and put back on. It smelled and felt dirty. I called the store after and asked to speak to the manager and the same woman came on (I could tell by her voice). I explained the situation again though and she said yes, my manager said no we can't fix your issue.... I'm like wait a minute, I asked for a manager and they gave me you and you said when you answered that you're the manager.... so why are you now saying your manager said no? Then who the heck are you? I just said I'll call corporate to fix it and hung up. So, I called corporate and luckily the man who answered was very nice and explained my situation shouldn't have happened and was able to help me fix my issue. I didn't mention the bathrooms, though looking back I feel maybe I should have because I bet they never clean them because those employees clearly...
Read moreI am from Camden/Pennsauken area so this Walmart is probably closest to me in distance. I have been here dozens of times since they opened yrs ago and I swear this is the most ghetto Walmart Ive ever been to. Its not the ppl who shop there. Its the store itself. Its run poorly. Nobody knows anything. Customer service is incredibly lousy. Whoever the manager clearly isnt managing the store. Worst of all, every single time Ive been there, the store shelves are empty. Its like a ghost store. I know from working in retail that stores are re-stocked all day long, so why are the shelves always empty and where are the associates? The store is a hot mess too. When I make a list of a cpl groceries and other items and go there, I swear they never have what Im looking to buy. I dont believe the stock issue is due to the store being busy bc every single Walmart is busy. The store is disorganized, chaotic and just messy. And you can bet that no matter if theres 3 ppl checking out or 30, they always have 1 register open and dont call for cashiers to come to the front end and help with the lines. So expect to stand there for an hour just trying to check out and dont expect good customer service or an associate to be anywhere around to help you. And the self checkout has been closed every single time Ive been there, so why have it? Why have 30 registers if youre only going to run 1, even during the holidays or on weekends when its busy!? I go to the Walmart in Cinnaminson instead and havent had or seen any of these problems there. Clearly, the Cinnaminson store is managed better. And the Cinnaminson store is a Supercenter meaning its much larger & has a full grocery store and its still run better in all regards and doesnt have empty shelves like that in Cherry Hill. Just go to any other Walmart than this one and save yourself time and aggravation. I really cant stand this Walmart and Id rather drive a long distance to any other one...
