I was just at Burger King to pick up a quick bite to eat for my son after a long fun day of beach 🏖️ and fun activities on a Saturday evening at approx 7:50pm 7/20/24 ….I got a double cheese burger kids meal l, Hersey pie, and chicken fries. The Hispanic teenager working the window was the most rudest and out of line cashier I have ever come across!!! Customer service Rep doesn’t even match to how abrasive and rude he was! He was only worried about a timer on his drive thru window …. Apparently they have this timer and u can’t be at the window more than. 3 minutes tops! As soon as he took my money he threw my change at me and asked me to move up… I was like wait a sec u just threw my change at me and it hasn’t even been a minute since I ordered… he rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t care just move up!” I said u don’t care!? Why are u so rude? Your attitude stinks? He said move up move up my timer my timer!!! At this point I told him to give me my sauces and my pie I ordered as well with a fork. He threw the pie at me and about 10 plastic forks!!! Mind you I only needed one fork for the 1 Hershey pie desert… At this point I was about to jump out the car bc he violated me now for the last time… but I had my son in car … I kept a level head and spoke to manager(another young man possible only like 20 or 22 tops)! He and the other guy shared a laugh and he then approached my window I explained what happened and showed him the forks all on the ground as well. He just said sorry about that… no apology from the idiot teenager or him making him pick up the thrown down forks he threw at me with my pie! This Burger King food was fine like any other Burger King but their employees that I came across SUCK!!!! Their attitude stinks and all they are worried about is a timer! Keep that attitude up and someone is bound to really let u have it! Throw utensils and change again and watch what happens Jerks! Piss poor service! So sad what our young people are acting like these days! No respect at all! Burger King do better! Don’t have your employees under so much stress about a “window timer “ that they act totally ignorant to your patrons! Rethink how u train and put your focus on! I’m not going to this location ever again! Trust me! If u go , during the same shift this young Hispanic male teenager with curly hair and visor on works … you will see what I mean! He’s terrible! A total misguided disrespectful youth ! Clearly never been raised properly to have manners or respect! Such a shame what our world is coming...
Read moreIt must be hard and complicated to order a ch'king meal (with fries, sandwich and drink), whopper, a bacon cheese burger, and a few fried things. When I arrived at the drive thru, I informed the one behind the speaker that it was a mobile order. They said okay, flashed the screen with my total and said to pull around. Sounds normal, right? It went totally downhill from there. Pulled up to the pick up window, the person there asked if I was [a totally different order.] Said no, and repeated what we told the speaker person. Perhaps it was not relayed originally, that happens. Person at the window closed it, and she and two others wandered around, looking for something and otherwise having confused looks on their faces. After looking for a piece of paper to write down the order, as the other in the car pulled out a game as we waited, I started to write down the order as I did not want to hand my phone to the people in the window. We sat in the car for about ten minutes before the person in the black shirt said "just waiting for the fries. " Okay, some hope there for the food to appear. I stopped writing. That hope was dashed before another 10-15 minutes go by and the window opens with a different employee (not the black shirt person) who hands us a bag with fries (there were three in there and we only ordered two, bag did not have a receipt on it either, which is usually the norm) and they close the window. The other in the car and I look at each other and wonder what is going on, and where the rest of the food was. I started to write the order again as it looked like there was more confusion inside the building and more time before we get the rest of our food. We checked the food (it was fine) and then had to ask for our drink. Us: "Could we please have our sprite?" Person in the black shirt: "ginger Ale!" Us: "we ordered a sprite" Person in the black shirt: "we don't have that." (note: we were not informed of this via the app nor from the drive thru person) Us: "can we get a coke?" as we paid for the drink and they seemed to be hoping that we would forget that. The other person with me was starting to get annoyed. Person in the black shirt: "we don't have that either! " Me: "a bottle of water then" The window closes and a bottle of water soon appears and was given to us by one of the other employees. We thank that employee and leave only to discover that the sauce we had ordered was not in the bag. It really should not have taken a half hour to...
Read moreThis place advertises that they open at 6:00 a.m. I made the mistake of waiting till 6:00 am After being advised at the ordering speaker that they're just opening I said no problem. I pulled away because the person that I spoke to said I can't just sit there That they get timed how long it takes for them to take the order and then fill the order. I thought that was a little strange since they're supposed to be open at 6 and it was now 6:07 I went around again 6:15 a.m. to be told we are not open and I said you told me and just give you a few minutes then I was told we're not gonna open for another 30 minutes. I called the owner of the restaurant just to let him know so that hes aware that this is going on and what I did he talked to me as if I was in the wrong. I said doesn't your store open at 6 he said yes it does I told him what happened and he said yeah until the morning guy gets there they don't open or they can't open. I said to the owner OK well don't you think you should train your people or not have customers circling the building waiting 1015 minutes longer thinking they're going to get an order that they're going to pay for only to be told we're not opening for another 30 minutes. Just not how a restaurant should run and and I own a business if a customer called me and told me that my store was not open and they were given the run around I would at least be apologetic. Not defend the actions of the untrained employees that they have working there apparently. When I called I didn't give an attitude I didn'tTalk rudely I just said hello I'm a customer I went to your Burger King location on route 38 in cherry Hill I just want to make sure that you are aware of. I would avoid this place ifYou're looking for...
