I always have good experiences at panda Express. Today was the day it was not so good. I was being lazy so I did the drive through and that's where it fell apart. I ordered something that would not be ready for a few minutes and I said no problem I would wait. I know this happens no worries. I said can I get a bottle of water and was informed they were out of water. I then said ok I will take a bottle of iced tea and the same response we are out of it. Okay so I will forgo any beverage. I then proceed to pull up and pay and she was super nice and said pull in a parking spot and I will bring the food out when it's finished. When parked i reviewed my receipt and noticed that my order was not exactly what I ordered. I get out of my vehicle and went inside and this was corrected by another person behind the counter. As I am discussing this I notice bottles of water and iced tea on the counters in like these ice filled trays so I purchase a bottle. I then waited for my food hey I was in the building no need to make someone bring it out to me. I then sit down a few minutes later to eat this meal. The lo mein was dry almost like it sat out for hours prior to me purchasing it and the food I waited for well it was what it was. Read moreSo I made a mistake and thought they had forgotten the receipt to my food. I thought this after just leaving and checking my bag and not seeing the receipt right away. Anyway I go inside and wait in line to speak to someone. They were getting busy and were not able to help with my issues at that time. I needed to get back to my hotel to eat and get ready for bed. The manager I am assuming Terrell asked me to write down my order and phone number because I said it would be ok for him to text me the receipt. This was an awesome way to handle the situation. I needed the receipt because I was on a business trip and my company would only reimburse my meals if I had a receipt. When I got back to my hotel room and started laying out the food I found in the bottom of my bag the receipt. I felt very foolish. An the today I received a text containing the receipt. So I am writing this review as a way of thanks to Terrell and the crew for helping out with this issue that I caused. They are great patient people that have follow through. I hope the right people read this review and give them the accolades they deserve. Thank Panda Express crew you guys...
Read morethis place is a total mess. the communication between the cooking staff and front of house staff is nonexistent. multiple people waiting 10-15 minutes for a, "itll be about 3 minutes," menu item. So when the food finally arrives the people behind those who have been waiting get their food also have to wait for food because it's mostly been distributed to the order that have been waiting. THEN when you look at your order, it's half portions and clumps of "bottom of the bowl" stuff. THEN when I get my food I've been waiting for, it was filled with rice instead of chow main I ordered...so the employee dumped the rice back into the rice bowl and put chow main on top of the rice that's scattered around my half portioned food. Then i was told the egg rolls would be longer after I already paid. When I took it back up to present all the findings, they shake their head and "sarcastically" chuckle. really? I paid $23 for this? by far the worst Panda Express I've been too and I've been too dozens as it's my favorite "fast food" place.
