Chico's — Local services in Chesapeake

I planned to visit this location for some time. It's very difficult to find beautiful, quality clothing in this area, so I thought this boutique would meet my needs. Clothes were beautiful. Quality was very nice. Store was well organized and neat. The ladies working there seemed nice, but there was also a sense that they thought I was going to steal something. Followed me way too much, asked me if I needed help way too much. Offered to take the items I had been selecting from me way too much. It was a very uncomfortable experience....

Unbelievably rude snobs! I went in to shop full price and sale price. There were several staff people and only two customers. I walked around looking at numerous racks, stopping and looking at several items. I walked by the front counter and also had a clerk walk past me as I was looking. I was in the store for over 15 minutes and NO ONE spoke to me. I had money to spend on several outfits, yet clearly didn’t fit their haughty, snobbish clientele profile. I will gladly take my business...

Staff was amazing. Taylor was very patient with me. I had never been in so I tried on a lot of things I didn’t get. She was helpful but not over bearing. Perfect. Once you get the right size for pants and fit for shirts, it goes a lot quicker. I was dressed basically for yard work and they didn’t treat me any different. Got some things and...
