Do not go here trying to sell clothes if you’re a person of color. I was not greeted as I walked in, I had to get an employee’s attention to figure out the process. I brought 5 pairs of heels/sandals along with a bag of dresses. They told me they do not accept heels but would not even take a look at the sandals. They accepted the bag of dresses that had around 22 different style dresses (Some formal, others casual). The younger lady asked for my ID, and as I handed it to her, she grabs it by the tip of her fingers with a face of disgust. She told me they will send me a text when they’re done reviewing everything. I step outside into my car for about a minute then received a text that my offer was ready. I go back in and my bag of clothes was sitting there, much less intact than when I brought it in. My clothes were not folded back and she says everything is too formal or with too much wear and they could not accept it. The store is lovely, as is the location. It's actually a hidden gem, with a wonderful selection of stylish gently used clothes for men and women. The prices are very reasonable. I wish that I could say that, for the couple of times that I have been there, I have gotten the best customer service that could be offered, but unfortunately I can not. I'd love to have had the same positive experiences and warm receptions that were shared in the 5 star reviews, but I did not. While I am positive that this review will not effect the great business that I know this location will continue to have, I will share this so that it can be brought to the staff's attention for future reference.
