To say this place is amazing would be an understatement. My wife and I went here for lunch yesterday and we both ordered the Mongolian Beef Stir Fry. The flavors of this dish were perfectly well rounded. There was spice and sweetness but neither of them served to overpower the meal which was great. The stars of the show were the freshly made noodles and the beef. The noodles were amazing and are very much the reason you should go here, regardless of what dish they are in. The beef was well flavored and delicious but what stood out the most was just how tender it was! Ok, enough about the food. Let’s talk about the staff. Again, amazing! Everyone was quite friendly and made us feel happy and comfortable. Observing everyone from the servers to the kitchen staff it was quite obvious that they all cared about what they were doing and took pride in the results of their work. This level of pride and care about the food and their guests is not something you see very often anymore in a casual dining restaurant. All too often you are dealt a big heap of attitude with your meal. Not here! Seriously folks, don’t even think twice about eating here. Just do it. You...

With all of the reviews posted, I was so excited to try this place. The concept of noodles being made fresh and cooked before my eyes was so appealing.

Because of other reviews I ordered the Mongolian Beef. For me I thought this meal was too heavy and the sauce the noodle was cooked in was a bit on the salty side for me. It reminded me more of a Chinese lo mein dish. So if you like lo mein, you would probably enjoy it.

I also got a taro milk tea. I asked first if it was water based or tea based. She assured me it was tea (which is how I like it) but I'm pretty sure it was water based. For me it was too creamy and heavy. I also found the boba to be plain. I'm used to boba having a sweetness to it (the way boba tea shops usually soak theirs in honey or something sweet).

I really wish I could have given a 4 or even 5 stars as the staff was friendly and the concept is cool. I'm sure my preferences are not the same as everyone's but based on this visit I thought it was just "ok". I do plan on trying them again and perhaps ordering one of...

This is an amazing, chill, very authentic Chinese noodle joint! High quality food with awesome prices and service, and everything about the restaurant is casual and pleasantly comfortable. The most impressive thing about this place is the fact that they hand pulled noodles! Which is extraordinary and very hard to find, and we even saw the guy making the noodles while we were there, which is just mesmerizing to watch. Maybe my favorite part of the restaurant, though, were the two TVs they had playing Asian cooking videos, which were impossible to look away from. My only small complaint I could think of is that the portions are a bit small, but that’s really because you just end up wanting more and more - I was full at the end, which was sad for me, because it stopped me from getting a little something more. Overall I would definitely recommend this fun place, especially for someone that’s new to this kind of food. Super awesome restaurant I look forward to...
