I have a set of Henckels knives that are 20+ years old. I have tried to put a new edge on them with stones, rods, wheels, etc. Nothing worked that well; I wanted as close to a factory edge as possible, as I use these knives almost daily for food prep. I brought them into this shop for sharpening, and they are now like new. Same day service, at a very reasonable price.
