Great experience at Mattress Firm in Chester. We went in for a Queen mattress for my daughter. We were shower several options that varied in firmness as well as price. I forget the woman’s name that helped us, but she was extremely nice. Once we found the mattress we wanted, we were told about the current specials and promotions that were available. After deciding to move forward with the purchase and applying the appropriate discounts, we happily left the store. The best part of the service we received wasn’t until I got home. As I do with most things I purchase, I went online to see if the online price was different than that of the price in the store....and what do you know, it was different. I immediately called the store where I was told that of course they will match the online price. The best part of all of this was that shipping was not supposed to be included in the transaction, but the kind woman at the store included free shipping on my order. I felt like the deal on got on the mattress I got was fantastic. On top of that, the next day shipping was quick, easy, and very kind in their own right. Don did not pressure me, he gave me options to think about. Technically he provided me with all the tools I needed. I had to leave and after the week passed I thought about Dons explanation, I called him and made the purchase. I received the new adjustable bed in two days. The service technicians were so polite and experienced, they put on shoe covers not to scuff the floor. The guys installed the new bed in less than ten minutes.
