I made an appointment drove quite a ways to get there. Understanding they charge a $45 consult fee if you want to do extensions. I booked my consult with Sam. I showed her some colors. She wasn’t quite sure about the color so she decided to do my hair and told me the price which the first price quoted me was right around $1700 which I thought was a little steep since I really wasn’t going to go long. I was just going to do another inch longer with my hair since my hair is not that long. Was going to do the extensions just for volume at that point Sam did tell me to go home and look at other colors for my hair, which I did . While I was at home about two hours after my appointment. I get a call from her telling me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my hair because she was afraid it wouldn’t turn out the way I might like it. That is the first time I’ve ever had that happen, since I am not a hard person to please, however I said OK. Right after I hung up I called them back to ask about that $45 consult fee since I paid for a consult which would go towards your appointment when you get your extensions she was going do my hair the very next day which would be tomorrow. They cancelled my appointment not me and refuse to give back their ridiculous consult fee. I would make sure they keep their word or you will be out $45 which may not seem like a lot of money but it isn’t chomp change either. Additionally, the owner made it sound like it was my fault because I changed my mind on the length. Reason being is don’t need length. I went in with my 2yr old for a haircut. Elizabeth was very good with her and treated her as a paying client by talking to her about her hair, which I thought was great, and so did my daughter. Her hair is growing all kinds of crazy and it's super curly. So she gave her a nice layered cut and it's growing out beautifully. We will be returning, Liz is her new stylist. The chairs in the waiting area however had allot of hair on them, I'm hoping that was just an off day.

Update: On a return visit I noticed that the chairs look exactly the same. Liz was not in and we couldn't wait so someone else cut her hair. She did not complete the whole process as if my little one was a paying customer and I feel short changed. I'll be waiting for Liz or finding...
