I called to see if they had an item in stock I had seen on the website. The woman checked and said they had one. I told her great, confirmed their hours and said we'd see them shortly. When we arrived a couple hours later we didn't see it. So we asked the man behind the counter who couldn't find it either. I mentioned I'd called and confirmed it was in stock. He checked and the thoughtful co- worker had set it aside for us!! She didn't ask my name or tell me, just didn't want us to be disappointed.
