Horrible customer service I was helped by the name of Suky and was racially profiled. It was the most horrible experience I ever had at a goodwill. My mom brought me to this one so we can do alittle rummage shopping but it turned sour very quick. I was leaving getting ready to check out and the cashier Suky was ver rude and she seemed like she just didn’t want to help us. She rung my moms iteams first and my mom mom bout like 80 dollars worth of clothing but when she asked the lady did she have a bag she said no. Ok that was strange then my mom spotted some bags and the cashier chuckled and said oh yea these have been donated and threw the bags at my mom. Oh my god I never saw such a thing. Then she turned Awy and started talking to a coworker about her daughters baby shower. I thought that’s very rude of her. Once it was my turn she huffed and puffed and said are you done I’m very busy. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe this was real. So I asked for corporate number she didn’t give it to me so I asked for a manager. That didn’t really help but I hope this does. Stay away if you can. Not a friendly...

If I could give 0 I would. The workers were extremely unprofessional and rude. I have a severe disability I've had since birth and standing still for too long causes intense pain almost unbearable and it makes me nauseous and faint at¹ times so my mask wasn't covering my nose so this associate hurries over to reprimand me for mask instead of asking if I'm OK. So I try explain about my disability and my episodes and why my mask was down and she just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. I'm thinking you can't be serious? Another worker walked out in front of me twice while putting shirts on rack like I wasn't even there making me stop walking both times so he could walk through. Then a worker asked me to love cart so her friend could get to her register but when i was leaving I had to ask several times for her to move both ignoring me. I walked in and went straight to the jeans. I’ve lost a bit of wait so I grabbed like 20 pairs of jeans and some shirts to try on. I get over to the dressing rooms and they’re closed. I didn’t know this because there’s no sign at the entrance telling ppl they’re dressing rooms are closed. Most places have dressing rooms back open now. I grab a few shirts and go to the cashier to tell her there’s a basket full of jeans that I’m not getting because the dressing rooms are closed. She says there’s a 14 day return policy and that I could try them on at home. Then another associate said to me “So you want us to put those away?” I said yes because it’s not my job or my fault the dressing rooms were closed. I used to love this Goodwill but won’t go back because of the rude and disrespectful staff. I live across the street from it too. This was a total waste of my time and will NOT recommend...
