I am CB-Dub SuperFan #1.
Crazy Bowls & Wraps is pretty much my favorite eatery on the face off the planet. I've been eating here regularly for more than 15 years. I legit feel better mentality and physically after eating at CB-Dub.
The food is impeccably fresh and tastes excellent 100% of the time. After hundreds of meals I think I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal there, period.
The menu has evolved over time. Some of my favorites (seasonal soups recently and curry chicken long-ago) have disappeared over the years, but there is enough variety and occasional new things to keep me visiting CB-Dub multiple times a week.
A few years ago they added online ordering and a long-overdue points program, which had only increased my addiction. It's taken many years, but I've finally got my family (who are historically veggie averse) to eat from here too. I wish I could buy company stock!
My ONLY gripe (but not enough to dock a star) is regular inconsistency with online orders, specifically the ancillaries, like sauces and chips. Some dishes are supposed to come with sauces or chips but I only get them half the time (no exaggeration). I've kindly brought it to the attention of the employees anytime it happens but it just keeps happening to the point where I always have to check the order before leaving to make sure I don't end up with a salad with no dressing. Bizarro. So watch for it. #FirstWorldProblems? Definitely. But it needs to be fixed.
Over the years I've happily introduced hundreds(?) of friends and family to CB-Dub and will continue...
Read moreI ordered 6 trays of wraps for my sisters graduation party as this is one of her favorite places to eat. I got 2 traditional, 2 bbq and 2 buffalo. I gotta say I was a bit dissappointed. I have eaten at one of their restaurants with my sister before and it was soooo good! I got very mixed reviews at the party though. The people I asked in my family that had the traditional said that it was tasteless or gross and they went back for a different kind. The bbq and buffalo were good but hardly had any sauce on it. It's great they were stuffed but it had so much rice and very little sauce so there was hardly any flavor. For as much money as I spent you would think they would have taken attention to detail but you can tell whoever made them just wanted to get it done. I still love their food and will eat at a restaurant but I will never order a large catering order again:/ I made dollar roll sandwiches for the kids and just for something extra and those flew off the table and I ended up having to take home a lot of wraps. It should have been the other...
Read moreOn most occasions I would say the representative at the front desk has great customer service. Unfortunately, the poor customer service tonight was a experience that illustrates poor training. I placed a order online. My son picked up the order off the shelf and we drove off. Neither sauce was in the bag for my order. When I drove back up to let the restaurant, I tell the cashier the sauce was not in our bag. The employee that say’s her name is Sal, asked me did I want the sauce, I said of course that’s why i am telling you that it was not in the bag. Sal says to me you could have just said that, I told her no I told you that because I should not have had to drive back up here for this. Sal then proceeded to say “well I didn’t bag them”, my response to her was that she works there and can communicate that information to her coworkers but I am not going to hunt down the person that bagged the food. She obviously doesn’t have respect for her job or Crazy Bowl and wraps, nor does she have understood what...
