Today was our first time shopping here. We drove over an hour to purchase a semi-large antique furniture piece. Called ahead to have it held, they held it & the lady working the front counter showed us right where it was. She was so helpful & nice. We wanted to check out the rest of the store (1.25 hrs until close), since we had never been here. We were on the last five or so booths looking around and a dark haired woman asked us when we would be loading the piece we were getting because it was 4:10 and they closed at 5, she wanted us to get it before it was last minute. I totally understood but also felt like she was irritated and wanted us out of there—like she’s got anxiety or something. We were almost done looking anyways so we decided to leave. The same lady that welcomed us in checked us out. She was very sweet & a wonderful face for the store. The other woman seemed like she was in a panic the entire time, and didn’t seem worried about customer service. If it weren’t for the dark haired woman this would’ve been such a fun experience and a place to revisit. We won’t be making the trip again. We are happy with the piece we purchased and appreciate them...

Love the antique mall, very well organized and plenty of items to see. But...I had found the perfect little bedside table and decided to inquire about making an offer to the vendor as I do at most antique stores. Jamie, the clerk, was very rude and unprofessional, replying in a "snappy" manner " you know you are shopping I Chesterfield"( well la-di-da) and "we don't contact vendors unless it's above $75, that's our policy and not changing it today after 20 years."(didn't ask you to Jamie) I decided not to purchase the table that day. Next day went back because I really loved this little table, the gentleman that waited on me was very friendly. Jamie was also there. I let him know about the conversation and rude attitude with his co-worker the previous day and he apologized and thanked me for my business. This antique store is wonderful!! So many unique antiques here. The prices are great. The selection is great. I’ve been here twice and haven’t seen everything. There’s a handful of booths with homemade goods but the rest of it is all antiques. It is well organized!

There is a ramp to go downstairs where there’s even more antiques and fun stuff to look at. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside!

Everyone was friendly. I think each time we spent about an hour here. Great store and I will be back again to...
