I have to echo the other comments about the associates at this store. I went in yesterday around 6:45, not realizing they close at 7. They asked if they could help me find something, set up a fitting room for me, brought different sizes for me, and suggested a shirt to go with the skort I was trying on. (I, too, am terrible at putting outfits together.)

It wasn't until I was leaving when one of them said I had to push the button to get out that I realized the door was locked - I kept them until 7:25 and they NEVER made me feel rushed or that I was annoying them. I had no idea!

What a great experience in a day when great customer service is very hard to find....

I love their clothes, but DO NOT get their credit card! On the top of the bill it says to pay by the 11th, so I did, but when you hit send, it says it will be paid on the 12th because it was on the 11th, but after 5:00 pm Eastern time. I had to go all the way down the page and in very small writing it says to pay by 5:00pm Eastern time. So my payment was "late". If that is not deceiving enough, then your late fee is an actual payment. What the???? Wow! Will never use...

First off the sales lady was extremely pushy. She kept listening to me and my wife's conversation and would butt in every single chance like she was a part of our everyday lives. Second, the store was cluttered and messy. They didn't have anything in my wife's normal size. The second sales lady was actually helpful but even she couldn't find anything because the first sales lady was moving everything around. 1/10 would...
